Our passion is personal and professional growth through courses, training programs and every other medium of learning. We hope you share this passion as well!

Do you have an entrepeneurial mindset and a passion for quality and progress? Are you keen on discussion and capable of creating strategy? Are you accurate, familiar with Google Spreadsheets and ready to work with extended marketing dashboards? Are you familiar with Google Analytics, the basics of SEO and Google AdWords? Help grow Springest Deutschland, while expanding your own horizons.

Ist Deutsch deine Muttersprache und bist du bereit Niederländisch zu lernen?

What to expect from us:

  • A very enjoyable workspot in the heart of Amsterdam (and sometimes Cologne) with movable desks, table tennis, pool table, photoplay and a lot of other creative organisations around you.
  • A young fast growing team around you with 9 developers, 5 support/content-managers, 3 online marketeers, 4 sales/business-developers and a user experience designer.
  • Great working conditions including free lunch, nice green tea, espresso, OV-bike and travel allowance.
  • Shares of Springest with a permanent contract.
  • Minimum budget of €1000.- to use for books, education and conferences (such as Link Love and Search Love in London).
  • An educational environment: aside of your colleagues, you’ll regularely work with external experts (such as Joost de Valk, Ulco Wierenga, Martijn Anschutz, Nina Baumann).

We’re looking for:

Someone who’s got potential and wants to learn more. Your future team can turn their hand to everything: open source webdevelopment, online marketing, customer support, account management, sales and product development. You’re helpful, positive and inspire your team members because we constantly focus on execution. Here is a list of some responsibilities you will be given when joining Springest:

  1. Set traffic and conversion targets and create a strategy for 2014 with Eva and adjust this to the international growth strategy with Peter.
  2. How could we make our marketing more scalable and structured? How could we use Kaizen more? Do you need more people or resources? If you support what you want, you will get ahead.
  3. Track the growth of our ± 10 big mediapartners who use our API, provide them with tips to improve their marketing, create new ways to work with them and improve our and their conversion rate.
  4. Acquire new mediapartners such as Jobboards and news websites, as well as help to improve the development of new tools and implementations with your Demand product team.
  5. Provide scalable growth with affiliates via Zanox. You’ll help them to create and extend their campaigns.
  6. Determine our traffic opportunities with Alexander and Eva, and use the input of our clients to determine which kind of partner we need to extend our traffic.
  7. Realize maximum growth by using SEO and SEA tactics with Peter and Eva.
  8. Provide a steady link growth together with Yasmin for NL, Eva in DE and some external freelancers in other countries.
  9. Get inspired by Rand Fishkin’s (certainly not a saint, but if you don’t know him you can stop reading ;)) view on Springest at Search Love. What do we have to do with our product to maintain our rankings in the long term?
  10. Look at the statistics of a German competitor, can we acquire them? How do we migrate their traffic, clients and authority to Springest? Which competitor would you like to acquire? Do your research and discuss this with Ruben or Roderick.
  11. Nest yourself in the Learning and Development sphere. As knowledge- and newsprovider, expand our knowledge and network, while taking advantage of it in your marketing and communication.
  12. Brief our external WordPress Developer Bas to further develop our WordPress Plugin. We want to give smaller education providers a tool to display their own courses. We already own a Drupal, is a Magento-plugin the next step?
  13. And the most important part: take the lead and improve our marketing on the basis of your ideas and data. Do it live, or get it done.
